Brisbane Beau Jangles
My husband surprised me with Beau as a puppy in March 1998. Beau loved car rides, swimming, squirrel and fox chases. In our years together, we lived by a lake and later a golf course, where he could indulge all his passions. Beau had a cancerous ear tumor removed at the age of 8. Through a natural medicine program, he went on to live, although deaf, 6 more fun-filled years, until he was 14. The week he died, he was featured on the cover and in an article of our Legacy Ridge community magazine. He was a gentle soul…my boy, my buddy, my best friend, my Beau.
